Observations With Our Serviced and Virtual Offices in Yangon

What a ride it has been! When we launched Keier Business Centres back in 2012, we were the first to introduce this idea of a shared working facility to Myanmar, with serviced offices and virtual offices being relatively new concepts to the business community back then. Yet with the increasing demand for good and affordable office space (and still so), fuelled in part by the pro-business government, companies and individuals alike have been quick to embrace such services readily.

It is not difficult to see why. We have put a lot of thought and planning into the layout of our business centre, with the main purpose of creating a conducive and private work environment for our clients set in the hustle and bustle of downtown Yangon. Serviced offices are all fully-equipped with modern office furniture, phone and fibre-optic wired and wireless internet connectivity, so clients are able to get up and running immediately with no hidden or setup costs. We remain flexible, with varying options of rental of serviced offices on a weekly, daily and even hourly basis, to cater to the ever-changing needs of our clients.

We have also seen a strong uptake for our virtual office services. Many clients are prospecting various business opportunities in the country and require a point of contact to which all calls and mail can be directed. Our professional team is well trained to handle all this, in addition to whatever enquiries our clients and their customers may have. Some of our virtual office clients then upgrade to renting serviced offices and continue to enjoy the breadth of services that we offer.

With the recent passing of the first free elections in 25 years and subsequent swearing in of the first elected civilian president, Htin Kyaw, in decades, the future of Myanmar is challenging, bright and undoubtedly exciting all at once. We are here to stay, and look forward to serving our clients dutifully for many more years to come.
